Please be aware! They allow shady people who will steal your money like Erica at Studio 117. She asked for a $50.00 deposit then canceled my appointment 4 hours before my appointment because I was at work and couldn't respond to her appointment confirmation text which the way, I only had an hour to respond. I asked for my deposit back since SHE canceled my appointment and booked another person to take my place in the 1 hour she gave me to respond and she flat out refused. She stated deposits are non refundable. Deposits being non refundable if I cancel the appointment makes sense. Deposits that are non refundable because the stylist just felt like canceling your appointment so they can take another person should be refunded. By keeping the $50.00 that makes you a thief. By the way I'm not even the first person she's done this to.

This review is for Alexa: I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows microbladed by the very talented and very beautiful Alexa. Before I start my review I want others to know that micro blading is a process, so patience is a virtue. My journey: Stage 1: Consultation For my first appointment, I met with Alexa to determine if I was a good candidate for microblading. I was approved (yay!) and Alexa asked me what I wanted more or less. I let her know that I wanted a more full brow since I have a lot of spacing in between my brows but I also wanted a more natural look. She went ahead and drew in some brow lines and she went over the micro blading process. I then went ahead and made an appointment and left a $40.00 deposit. Stage 2: Microblading procedure My appointment was at the Phoenix Salon location in Chino. There was plenty of parking in this center and this place was easy to find. Upon arrival Alexa used numbing cream to numb my eyebrows. I filled out paperwork while the numbing agent kicked in (about 20 minutes). After this, Alexa drew my new brows/shape. Once I had a shape I liked and a color, Alexa added more numbing cream and waited about five minutes before starting my procedure. There was minimal pain, I could hear what sounded like scraping. Alexa did a great job with numbing my eyebrows through the entire process. Stage 3: Healing Process I am currently in the healing process and so far so good. There is very little swelling and redness and I don't have any concerns. I have an appointment in 4 weeks (recommended touch up 4-6 weeks). So far I love my brows, they look great! Tips: Book appointments with Alexa ASAP. She works at different salons, she is a busy gal.

I love this location!!! I've been in the hair industry for over 8 years and worked in several salons and even a barbershop and hands down I can tell you this is my favorite place I've worked. The location is always clean and all my clients comment how beautiful and well maintained it is. One of my favorite things is that each suite has it's own thermostat, which is a major plus for me since I hate being in a hot room trying to cut hair, giving me the ability to keep my suite comfortable for me. The leasing and moving in was super easy and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I have the freedom to decorate my suite to reflect me and make it appealing for my clients. Honestly I cant say enough good stuff about the variety of other services offered by other renters here, quality work in a single location.

As a new small business owner and a renter in this location the owners do an amazing job of making sure we are satisfied with our renting experience. The place stays clean and always feels great to do business here as a renter.

My review is more about the way I was treated by Brittany Contreras. In this case, she decided that the potential customer just didn't matter. I wanted to keep my appointment even though she was not honoring the advertised price and sent her texts "giving her feedback to wait" per request. Maybe she feels like she doesn't need my business because I received disgusting replies, then she unapologetically cancelled on me, overall being very rude and aggressive. So disappointed. Brittany Contreras, if you are reading this and you probably are, take care of your existing customers because gaining new ones is a lot more difficult than keeping the ones you have. Facts are facts.
