When I first walked in it smelled so bad. I thought someone had used the bathroom. To my dismay it was the BO of my nail tech. To add insult to injury, I requested GelX and this is what I got. $65 for gelx, $8 for shaping $73 for this!? No way! Worse $130 I ever spent. Will never go there again

Decided to check out a nail salon near me on Dec 29th for a walk-in pedicure and a splurge full set of acrylic nails to start my new year with something different. It has been 3 years since having acrylic nails and I was excited to do spend money on myself for a change (like $135 with tip to be exact for both services). But I guess I went to the wrong nail salon it is less than 10 days and my middle nail on right hand popped off SMH! The initial visit was okay the location was not to busy the young lady that did my pedicure was very thorough and the guy that did my nails was nice and was spent a good amount of time doing my nails. I picked the coffin shape the length was a bit longer than I'm accustomed to when starting a new set but again the plan was to do something different. My husband suggested I go in and let the salon make the repair. It has been my experience that one questionable time is one to many when getting nail services. Oh well, I need to continue my search for a good nail salon.

Tom, the male nail tech who sits in the back was very unprofessional. The full set service I received was very rushed and my finished nails were noticeably sloppy. When I asked him to fix the color and shape based on what I had initially asked for prior to starting the service, he got extremely agitated, argumentative, and he refused to do it. He must have been in a bad mood because he walked off and began complaining to other technicians in Vietnamese. The experience was shocking and confusing. I felt intimidated and embarrassed because this was not the response I expected. After the incident, I could not wait to leave. I didn't say anything else and asked if another technician could fix my nails. After 20 minutes of waiting and listening to the techs talk about my situation, another nail tech agreed his behavior was unacceptable and was willing to fix my nails. Every time I drive by this salon, I think of how poorly I was treated. I won't be returning to this salon. Hope this is helpful.

The ambiance and service was nice but they are extremely expensive and their product is terrible. I paid 141$ for a gel pedicure(including callus removal)and gel manicure and a kids pedicure. Less then 24 hrs later and my polish is lifting and I wear gloves when washing dishes.
