The customer service in this place is terrible, I stopped by for a consultation and right away I got really bad attitude about questions I had about my hair she made me feel so unwelcome, i get that it was close to closing time but all I wanted was ask some questions for a possible appointment at a later time, I can't even imagine how bad it'll be if I actually would have my hair done in this place.

So I decided to try this hair salon for the 1st time. Made an appointment for a perm, my hair is up to my shoulders and I've been told from other hairdressers that I have a lot of hair. I've been getting perms in the past and I know how a good perm looks like. The gal that attended me was really nice and her customer service was good. My only complaint was that I was overcharged for a work that didn't come out great. I was charged $240 my hair looks the same, looks like the perm didn't catch my roots. 6in of my roots looks the same with no curls just frizziness and straight strands. I followed the 48 hrs care she suggested with no hair product or nothing in my hair. Quantum perm solution is no more than $10 she could have used more perm solution. I have a bunch of perm rod creases on my hair especially on my front hairline. There was a lot of tightness and a lot of hair pulling and hair strands that were out of the perm rod, I also noticed she was using big sections when rolling the rods, the procedure seemed rushed. I don't mind paying for good quality work, but the work I received was not worth $240. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Love good in and getting a hair cut and I recently went to get my hair dyed purple loved it how they stilled my hair and how it look definitely going back to get a touch up or do a different color

I speak from personal experience! Every single stylist there is amazing, their mens/kids cuts are always on point too. They're so attentive and focus on their clients. They even offer snacks and beverages/coffee. My youngest son can be difficult, but they're so patient with him! They provide him a snack, and are so skilled they let him munch away while they do his haircut! I've been Monica's client for over 8 years. She's so genuinely awesome and easy to communicate with. I've made so many (sometimes drastic) changes to my hair over the years. I decided last year I wanted to go from dark brunette, to blonde. Monica took the time to look at my inspiration pics, and explain my options and outcomes. I've never really taken proper care of my hair, and at that point she educated me on the process it would take to reach my inspiration pics.. I was set on an extreme change, and she spent the better part of the day working her magic. Monica was attentive making sure I was comfortable. She was patient with me and took her time to include the extra effort in keeping the integrity of my hair, making it feel as healthy as possible. She takes pride in her work and is very meticulous! Not only did I love the outcome and leave feeling beautiful, but Monica also taught me the proper care and products to use at home.. fast forward to a few weeks ago, new year new me ! I told Monica that I knew I wanted to go back to my natural dark brunette and change my style/cut adding bangs, but other than that she had creative freedom. I could not be happier with the outcome! This is the salon you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. Monica, (and everyone at Jazmine Beauty Salon) is definitely stuck with my family and I for life ..

Amazing customer service, fast and efficient, they have little snacks you can buy while waiting, calming music, when I enter I always get a good morning or a welcome! Definitely recommend coming here
