Hair Etc. in Fontana, CA

OMG I gave this hair salon a horrible review because they deserve it. I asked for curtain bangs and they gave me normal bangs. I look horrible there haircuts are choppy. And their service was terrible. They were so rough on my scalp, where they were scrubbing it, and washing it. And I asked for curtain bangs, and this is what I got. They literally took two seconds to cut. It didn't take any time didn't put any effort into it and it was just a bad haircut in general. It was uneven choppy, and just made me look ugly and I tried to style it and nothing would help horrible. I hate this place never coming back.

I walked in on December 31 wanting a quick cheap haircut. Which I got. $30 for a cut, I'm all for it But she was so pushy and criticized my hair and how dry it was then recommended a deep condition. Proceeded to criticize my grays and insisted I get the color. Ok. Fine. Didn't tell me until after the color was in that it would be $75 for A TOUCH UP! But I'm not done just yet.. she was rushing through me, some other lady, and an older gentlemen. So we all shared the one chair. And one dryer for the lady and I. Needless to say, and my doctor can attest to this, I became ill a couple days later tested positive for the flu and I definitely think it's because there's no sanitizing at all. So moving on... my haircut! I had hair down to my bottom. So so much hair. I told her I wanted 4 inches off. She cut my hair literally to my shoulders! I said layers, she cut my hair and thinned it out so much that I can't even grab it all into a poly tail now. WHY would you cut a 37 year old woman's hair to look like a 4 year olds? I need hair. Like seriously?? Wait there's more!! When she finished, she said ok you're done. Didn't even brush my hair, and drying it was out of the question because she was "too busy" she said. So I had to walk out w cold wet hair AND IT WAS RAINING IF you recall. Wait more! When I went to pay, my total was 30+75 hai color +55 deep condition =160!! This place isn't a hair salon, it's a joke. They're good at upselling cuz you don't really understand their English through their heavy accent so you just nod and nod and before you know it you've spent more than you imagined for a crap hair job.

I had Sona as my hairdresser. She is so sweet and did a great job for only a 20 minute haircut. She asked me lots of questions to make sure I knew what haircut I wanted. It was $30 + tip. She got me scheduled for a haircut the same day. Coming back here in the future!

I hate having to leave this kind of rating on a business but I think it's only fair to make people aware of what they can expect..this place is good for basic haircuts my mistake was not reading the reviews before hiring them for my wedding bridesmaids hairdos and giving them cash was a big mistake because they tend to forget about it... I was supposed go get hair extensions and gave her $250 cash and I went for a make up and hairdo tryout I paid $140 not only they did a horrible job, but the day of my wedding I decided not to do my hair and make up there and not only they kept my deposit but also overcharged all my bridesmaids.... Please read reviews before and do not pay cash get receipt of any service you get... I'm happy I only lost money but didn't ruined my wedding day...

My girlfriend had a bad car accident. Broken arm and ribs.We came in for a hair wash and deep condition. This woman criticized her hair color and jerked her around. The shampoo was done in literally 1 minute. She rinsed her and jerked her around some more and just put conditioner for 20 minutes. She ripped us off by charging $55 for this service and didn't even blow dry or style like every other salon. We honesty went here because it looks cheap and they had no customers. Let me not forget the lady also preaching about Jesus to my girl friend who is in a lot of pain. But did it in a judge mental and extremely unchristianly way. Very uncomfortable. This woman rips you off. Never again. Oh and my girlfriends hair would have looked the same with regular conditioner.
