PG Nails & Spa 01 (by Regal Royale 14) in Hyattsville, MD

Part 2 of my message. The business owner Annie H, leaves this under my review: Anne H. Business Owner Dear Stephanee G., thank you so much for this insightful review. We take feedback from our customers very seriously and have already forwarded your concerns to the management team. Your manager refused my business over the phone!!! What did I do? I just wanted to get my nails done at my scheduled appointment!!!! Why ? Make this make sense. Soooo if I were a business owner of this establishment I would want to speak to the customer and find a way not to lose them? Instead she says thank you for the feedback??? Clearly as I stated before this business does not care if they lose customers. This review was not just feedback it was a negative experience from a place I was trying to build a relationship with. No one including Annie H. Seems to understand this.

I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE HERE. They allow incompetent people to do your nails. The gel manicure I got LASTED LESS THAN A WEEK. So I went back ( thank goodness I keep receipts because at first they were treating me as though I was trying to scam them into repairing someone else's poor service.) So they send me back to the incompent person whose work started cracking and peeling after one week. NO GEL MANICURE I'VE GOTTEN HAS EVER LASTED LESS THAN ONE WEEK. And HER REPAIRS not only lasted less than a week, her AGGRESSIVE FILING to remove her inferior work CAUSED TWO OF MY NAILS TO BREAK within 3 DAYS. This INCOMPETENCY has cost me time, money and peace of mind. The shop stays full, but I doubt the person they stuck me with as a new customer is the cause of the brisk business. And I don't even have the time to write about the discrepancy in pricing between my very first visit and the aforementioned visit that led to my spending MORE MONEY, TIME and PATIENCE than I have EVER SPENT TO GET MY NAILS DONE.

Scheduled me for 2:45pm day of service, came in and told me there was a 45 min wait. Don't schedule people for a specific time if you cannot uphold scheduled time!

After a horrible nail job yesterday, I went in to the establishment to receive an itemized bill, to view the license of the technician, and to speak to the manager. All of my requests were denied which has now led me to file a complaint with the BBB. They will not refund me at all and the employees were rude and dismissive.

Clean, affordable and timely gel manicure. I never get acrylic I prefer my natural nails and short length but I wanted something fun for my birthday and my normal nail salon couldn't deliver. I googled "nails" from PG plaza mall which led me here. I walked in on a Friday afternoon around 2 and showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted. Love a nail tech that understands the assignment, under promises but over delivers! I'll be back soon :)
