Where do I begin??!! Perfect Nails is just that...P-E-R-F-E-C-T! Anna does the absolute best pedicures in this town (and trust I have been to a lot of different nail salons in town). You can not go wrong by coming here. My mom and I came for the first time on Valentine's Day. This place will now be my permanent nail salon. Becky and John are excellent as well.
It was great! Anna did my deluxe pedicure & it was so bomb. I feel so pampered & her nail job was awesome. She was also a lot of fun to talk to. Everyone there was so kind & always had a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this place! :)
Disappointed that I cannot give this place 0 stars. I called ahead of time to see if there was a wait, they told me there was none, and when I got there I ended up having to wait 35 minutes. I sat with my feet in cold water for another 20 minutes before someone came over. I asked for a color change because I was tired of waiting over 50 minutes when they told me there was no wait while he sat there and tried to give me a pedicure to get the money. I refused and they charged me $10 for doing the worst plain nail polish job I have ever seen.
I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. Me and my 3 friends waited 2 hours to even get our nails touched. They left acetone on my nails for 2 HOURS, they're now brittle and so thin. Finally we all called it quits, I asked for my polish to be taken off because they already had soaked them for so long. They took my no chip off using the nail drill and cut all around my fingers because she was going so fast. I then was asked to pay for it which I then refused due to the AWFUL service I received. My two friends then received the worst toe nail polish changes of their lives. Everything that was supposed to be relaxing hurt them SO BAD. The polish was everywhere and they didn't even use acetone to clean the mistakes after. My third friend decided against polishing her toe nails due to the poor job already done on our other two friends nails and because it hurt so bad. She politely asked to leave instead of finishing the pedicure and was still charged $30!!!!! Absolutely insane. Will never be going back, PLEASE DON'T GO.
This is a standard mid-grade nail spot. My acrylic nails still look fabulous after over a week. They are very friendly and efficient. The salon was clean and I was immediately taken care off. It's kind of hard to find, right next to O'reilly auto parts. The sign on the door says that they don't keep any cash in the store after dark if you're wondering! But it didn't seem sketch at all, and is on a busy road. I will be back.
