I have been coming to Diva Nails for many years. I went in for my usual mani, pedi, and brows. Holly did my brows as she ALWAYS does. I pay and I leave. Get out about for the day I wipe my eyebrow and and the eyebrow makeup came off and you could see that she took a good bit of my brow OFF!!! I contacted Holly and she told me she didn't do it my eyebrow is that way because of STRESS!@! Really She sent me my 10$ back and said she would never do them again just because I brought it to her attention. I wasn't being rude or bitchy I was just letting her know I seen my messed up eyebrow. Tried to go get my feet done and was refused service!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED LOL
First time going here and I loved it. They took time with me and did exactly what I asked. The polish I had picked they had ran out of. So they did 2 polishes and really you can't tell the difference. She told me the price before she started and it didn't differ even with the polish situation. I got a full set with long length and it was not out the roof like other places I had been. So I sent my daughter later that after and she enjoyed herself as well. All she needed was a fill-in and color change and pricing was also good. Definitely will be going back... oh and it wasn't slammed with college kids. Can't wait to go back to get a fill-in and see what kinda fun we can have.
i absolutely love this place... holly is the best and sweetest.. they are very busy but its because they do excellent work. prices are good and reasonable. after going to other nail salons around the area and getting poor treatment and treated like i wasnt good enough. this is the only nail salon i will go to. been going to for 3 year now... if you want great nails and a great price go here... you will have a wait usually but trust me its well worth the wait...
My mom and I had a pedicure and a manicure with gel at Diva Nails today. It was not very crowded, we were in and out in about an hour. Everyone was very nice and my nails turned out great! We will definitely be back!
Literally the WORST nail experience I have ever had and I didn't even get my nails done there. First off, there are only 2 people working so unless you get there at a good time, be prepared to wait a long ass time. Second, after waiting around for 30 minutes I told the nail tech I was gonna go the the Mexican place next door and asked if I could put down my number and get a call when it's my turn (I was a 30 second walk away). I never got a call so when I went back in there all I got was a "oh, you're back". I waited for another 30 minutes so that they could finish up the nails they were currently working on and then THEY CALLED UP A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER. this place has horrible customer service never go here
