Perfect nails & spa in Wichita Falls, TX

I moved here a few months ago. This is my second time going. Each time they did a flawless job with no injuries, and I mean legit Perfect Nails. I moved from Fort Worth and couldn't even find a place over there like this one. They are complimentary and nice but don't push for conversation if you don't want. I've gotten nails and toes done and each time I leave feeling like a Queen. They really do a flawless job. I don't relate to some of the other reviews on here. They pay attention to detail and also listen to me when I ask for anything like changes or extras. The place is also clean and comfy. They also were very attentive to me, I came back 8 months pregnant this time and they accommodated to my comfortability and temp of the water on my feet and a extra pillow. Best spot I've ever stumbled upon!

It was my first time here and got a new acrylic set and pedicure. I do appreciate and like that they do both services at the same time. It took about one hour. It is not as relaxing, but I much prefer that to sitting in a chair for two hours. The nail tech seemed a little annoyed by the constant movements, but he did a great job. A couple nails were just slightly uneven at the top, but it's not noticeable to anyone but me I'm sure. Cindy did my pedicure. It looks great. She was fast and filed them how I requested. The only reason I give 4/5 is because my nails had quite a bit of the color left on every nail (no clean up was done) and he dis the requested color black in powder vs gel. So basically if I get a fill I will need to do the same color, or get a new set (I'm assuming since the color is so dark). I will update after I see how they last. Overall I do recommend this place. I would just be more vocal next time when requesting what I want

Been to multiple nail salons in town and have had bad experiences BUT this one by far THE BEST out of all of them. I WISH I CAME HERE BEFORE. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Staff there don't really talk to you to have conversation but will definitely leave your nails amazing! Their work is not rush. Greeted to complimentary snacks, while you wait you can check out nail colors. The folks there have very nice work and make sure you do not leave with uneven nails, my nails turned out perfect! Very clean and relaxing! Highly recommend!

I was so excited to get my nails done. It was a 1 month post wedding treat to myself. I looked at reviews of the salons in Wichita Falls as I am not from here and this one had great reviews. Had Jenny and Michelle do my mani and pedi but they wanted to do both at the same time. It was NOT RELAXING AT ALL! I couldn't use the massage chair for my pedi because Michelle had to do my nails and couldn't have my hands moving from the massage chair- I had to reach this way and that way with both legs and hands to accommodate both Jenny and Michelle, neither really spoke to me and spoke to each other the whole time in their own language (which I don't care about but at least try to make small talk with your customer). Jenny acted like I was inconveniencing her with wanting designs on my mani and pedi to celebrate my 1 month wedding anniversary. My pedi from my wedding was gel but I wanted a french pedicure this time. She charged me 5.00 extra for taking the gel polish off. What?!?! I went there for a full spa day, and she was set on nickel and diming me! Then they had a drawing at the front desk, and I wanted to enter and Michelle was abrupt telling me it's only for local people. I asked, "so if you are military or traveling you don't qualify?!" And someone else overheard me and told me that yes, I could be entered. I didn't tip either Jenny or Michelle well, about 10% because I was so disappointed in the service and results....NEVER going back again!

By far the worst pedicure I have ever got. As I sat and observed others around me I realize this place must not require customer service skills to be employed there. Not only did the tech treat me as if I couldn't follow instructions but she was far more interested in learning to cook by watching TV. And to top it off I'm pretty sure a 2 year old could have done a better job painting my toes than she did. Save your money and skip this place !
