So first of all, I came here thinking it would be cheaper because you're letting students do it, which was not really the case. Their prices are comparable to any other salon. I paid $130 here for balayage highlights, could have paid that at my normal Aveda salon. Next the educator only comes in the beginning to sign off on what they're doing, they never come check during. Lastly this was my 1st time ever doing lightening on my dark hair, I was really nervous that my hair was going to fall out, it took her over 2 hours to put foils on, so the back/bottom ones had bleach on for over 2 hours! I came home and googled it, it says it will damage your hair. She told me it was fine and that it stopped processing, but then she went to wash just the back out because I was scared. I haven't washed my own hair yet to see how dry/brittle it is. I do t use heat and stuff to keep my hair healthy, I don't expect get to it fried like this. The girl was nice, but 2 hours of bleach and a process that took 4 hours total. Yikes. I think I'll go back to people with experience, who can get the foils on faster or do sections at a time, and it really wasn't money saving at all. They told me well product is expensive, ahh no not really, I shop at salon centric, color/toner is cheap. And I asked for my highlights not to be orange/rusty looking, I'm trying to get used to it, but they are. I probably just should have left well enough alone. Live and learn.

If I could give PCI guest services negative stars I would. I went in hoping to get my hair lightened as I had been using black box dye for a little over a year. (Ik, bad decision , but I was trying to correct my mistake) I sat down with Savannah and before she even touched my hair I mentioned that I knew it would be a bit of a process to get my hair where I wanted it, but was very afraid of my hair turning orange. She told me she would be able to give me what I wanted, after looking at the several picture ideas I showed her. 5 hours later, I left with color still in my hair, orange toned, and was yelled at for saying it wasn't anything like what I was even hoping for. Savannah pulled on my hair so hard that I thought it was going to rip out, even after I had told her 3 times that it hurt. I was then forced to buy products that I was scared into believing I needed to prevent my hair from falling out, and a total almost $150 more than what they told me it would be during the consultation. All I can say is I hope no one has to go through what I did tonight.

Though everyone I have talked to is very polite their scheduling is not reliable. I had two appointments that were both canceled. The first was made with someone who had the day off and the second was canceled 10 minutes prior to the appointment as the student had left early. Make sure you're flexible if you plan to book with them.

Very disappointed in this spa.  When I got in I had terrific experience with the students.  They are more professional than the people running the salon.  I had 2 massages cancelled at the last minute.  They tried to make it up with % off, however I never did get a massage as that student quit.  I had an appointment for my last skin microderm treatment and they didn't have me in the book for an appointment.  Called to check on appointment, left a message and I had to call them, they never called me back.  It is an inexpensive place and you get what you paid for.  Never going back.
