Rumours is an excellent place to go for any and all of your hair needs. Before having Dennis as my stylist, my hair was broken and very unhealthy. I felt like nothing I was doing could improve the condition of my hair and I was stuck in a reoccurring bad hair day until I made an appointment with Dennis! We had a consultation where we exchanged hair ideas, and he was able to give me my dream hair! He was able to bring life back into my unhealthy hair, and put fresh and vibrant colors throughout without further damaging my hair. After one appointment with him, my hair has completely changed and looks and feels healthier than ever! I have received so many compliments about it! Dennis is so talented, and makes sure that each client leaves satisfied. I would completely recommend going to Rumours to anyone and everyone! I definitely will return to Dennis in the near future!
Kara has done my hair for years and has always done an amazing job! I moved to California in the last couple of years, and when I come back to Iowa City, I always make sure to schedule a hair appointment with her since I know that she's the best.
Last time she did my hair, she did an amazing balayage coloring. I love my hair so much now! When I first started coming to Kara, I had just had a horrible haircut done at a very cheap place at a mall. She transformed my hair from a mullet look to light layers and subtle blonde highlights.
Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude and asked the owner if he wanted to take my appointment or not while I was still listening on the phone.
