They will allow you to make an appointment even though they know they're double booking the technician. Expect to wait and later receive a rushed job. Not worth the money.

Over the past year, I've been a regular visitor to Passion Nails, often bringing my daughter along for a fun mother-daughter pampering session. While the overall experience has its delightful moments, it's been a hit or miss affair, leaving room for improvement in quality control.

The space at Passion Nails is undeniably clean and exudes a great vibe, setting the perfect atmosphere for some well-deserved relaxation. However, the main concern lies in the consistency of the service. My daughter's nails have been rushed on more than one occasion, leaving us feeling disappointed and wishing for a more attentive approach.

With a desire for quality to be consistent across all workers and customers, I hope that Passion Nails takes steps to address these issues. A touch of extra care and attention could elevate the overall experience, making it a go-to destination for those seeking consistent and exceptional nail services.

So I've been coming to Passion for a while! Tina is my ABSOLUTE favorite! Like that is really my girl! But here is where my issues come in.. there have been two times my service has gone past 7:30 their closing time, and I have been talked about and scolded despite being transparent about the services being requested (fillin with a design 10 fingers)z

The first time (around Christmas) I did come in around 7, but I expressed I was getting a design PRIOR to service and as the time passed the owner and his wife became increasingly agitated and began speaking in Vietnamese about me. He was very nasty nice about the situation, I apologized. I understood, although again I was very upfront before the service about what I was getting.

Now 6/20 I get there at 6:23 and they have a wait. Okay cool, I don't mind waiting. While waiting, the owner comes over looks at my nails and I express I'm getting a design, it's simple, would you like to see it? He replies, "no, you can tell them" ‍ cool, so my nails are started at 6:51 and finished at 8:22. He says this is two times buddy. We want to get home to our families, and such and such And I'm like I got here at 6:30, so how is this my fault. I just feel like you can easily say, "I can't do that design, we're about to close" but instead when I tell you and show you the design (which is a bunch of squiggly lines) PRIOR to service you say you can do it, accept payment, then come at me because of the time it took. When I tell you upfront, say yes or say no. You can do it or you can't.

Being told off and talked about in Vietnamese while my nails are being finished is very poor customer service and disappointing being that I have been a VERY frequent and well tipping customer. I love Tina, but I think my time at passion may have come to an end. Tina is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, that's really my girl.

I only give a two star rating because my nail technician was a little helpful. But I feel Passion Nail Bar is not the place for me. I feel as though today Feb. 3, 2023 no one wanted to be here. The price for a basic gel nail spa pedicure is over price in my opinion. The run down of service I received was removable of polish, nail trim which I was not asked how long or short I wanted them. Removable some dead skin and cuticles. Then rinse in water, proceeds with and massage of oil.
Oh cannot forget the filing and of nails along with buffering to!. The the gel polish process begins.
Oh I forgot I was offer water from my nail tech after a slight coughing attack. Another reason I gave two stars. But I hav received more for less!

I think my problem toe was just burn by the lap they use for gel nails! Well I guess I'm done with not words from my nail tech. No offer of the cheap shoes not that I need them. But customer service is hard to come by.

I go to pay and the individual who check me out asked how was my service and I tell her the lap was set on my toe and was burn she could care less!

Once again did I mention she offer me water!
The only reason I'm giving a two star rating!
