Wow no surprise Jeannie flaked out and blew me off. I should have known by the way I was treated when I walked in to make the appointment. What makes this worse is she had her buddy come out and tell me it was MY fault because I gave her an incorrect phone number as she "tried to call me." Bullsh((t. Blame me??? When the hell did Fruita, Colorado become so freaking uppity? I thought I'd help out my local merchants and shop here but eff you guys. You suck and I'll keep my business at Urban Girls where I am treated like I deserve to be treated.
I recently got a haircut from Brandie at Park Avenue Salon. Its a great location with tons of parking and right downtown. Brandie's space is comfortable. Her haircuts are always great. The time goes by quickly and I leave looking and feeling better. If you live in Fruita or are just visiting town and need a haircut, you won't be disappointed. She takes walk-ins!
My review is 1/5 because I had called and left a message inquiring about an appointment and I didn't hear back until late in the afternoon. I called after they had opened in the morning. It's frustrating when businesses don't return customers phone calls in a timely manner and made me feel like I wasn't valued. I won't try and go back again.
