Paradise Pet Salon in Riverview, FL

I have brought my dogs to Paradise Pet Salon for about five years and have always been satisfied with their service and treatment of my dogs. Last week, though, they came through for me in a way that I wasn't expecting. The AC in my home had stopped working, and I knew it wasn't long before I would need to board my mostly elderly dogs. I called and spoke to the owner and she worked out a plan that got my dogs out of the heat and didn't kill my budget! I have never boarded my dogs in almost 30 years of pet ownership, and I was very nervous to say the least. Judy and her team helped me get them settled and kept me informed on how they were adjusting. I know boarding is part of their business, but they don't just provide a service. These ladies are kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dogs were safe. I am so grateful to them, and I plan on being a customer for life!

Had my dog brought in today for a grooming all they did was put perfume on my furry baby. He is still shedding and looks exactly the same. Dandruff everywhere and his fur still looks and feels dirty. They did not clean his teeth his breath it's still kicking like Bruce lee! I wasted my money. Save your money DO NOT TAKE your furry baby there. I tried calling them (I'm at work and did not pick up my dog) could not reach anyone. Texted the line provided and recieved a vage response about we didn't include dandruff treatment. My dog it's still the same 52 dollars after. I basically paid to have perfume sprayed on my dog. I wish I can give them less than one star honestly.

I actually never got to Paradise Pet Salon, but I assume they are booked or just rude, because they never responded to my phone calls. I called another pet salon and they were booked also, but had much nicer customer service and did a great job.

Amazing pet salon ! I tried 3 different places before going here. All 3 places claimed " my dog had issues ". When I picked her up from Paradise her hair was cut perfectly and she was as happy as I have ever seen her. The right people and the right place makes all the difference. Paradise pet salon is that place !

I have been coming to Florida for 7 years and have not been able to find a good groomer....until yesterday. I took Cody here and they did a fantastic job!! He is still a puppy so I know it had to be difficult!! They did not complain about him at all. The price was so reasonable I almost fell over!! We are headed back to Indiana next week but you better believe next year both my babies will be coming here!! It was so worth the extra drive. I am so happy I finally found a great groomer down here!! Thank you guys so much!! See you next year with my yorkie Cody and his sister Chloe!!!
