Vanessa the owner gave me the worst haircut ever I had to go to someone the next day to fix it

First time there and I had 'Sammy' cut and color my disastrous Covid quarantined hair. My hair is difficult to do as it's fine and wavy and I can usually tell when a new stylist blow dries my hair if I'm going to like my hair or not when she's done. Sammy did an excellent job! If I can leave a salon and not feel like I need to run home first and re-do my hair it's a miracle. 5 stars to Sammy!!! Great job!!!

I moved to Florida 3 years ago and have been hunting a great stylist. After being home for 3 months due to covid my hair was a mess. I showed Krissy Burk a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She is great. She picked the right color and gave me the cut I wanted. YAY!! My daughter came with me and had highlights and cut by Sammy. She is also very pleased. YAY again. My daughter in law liked what we had done and went the next morning and had a cut by Vanessa. She is very pleased also. WE have found our new hairdressers. You should be happy with any of them. We are so glad we found them.

I have been getting tape in extensions from JCon Salon in St. Pete for over 18 months. Every few months, my stylist takes out the ones that are not in pristine condition and I buy new boxes. I moved to Riverview and contacted NV Salon. I am VERY well-versed in hair extensions since I have been getting them for so long. I asked the owner, Vanessa, if she worked with Vomor tape in extensions. She said yes. I scheduled my appointment to get them removed. Two weeks later, I went back to NV Salon to put them back in. I did not see the process of them retaping. I only sat in the chair during her application. Within a week, my hair was sliding out. I have since gone back to JCon 4 times within 5 weeks because the hair is not holding up well. The lead stylist AND director at JCon figured out that the tape that NV Salon used was NOT vomor tape and Vanessa cut the extensions themselves - therefore, ruining 4 boxes of hair at $220/piece = $880 total of ruined product. I had JCon Salon on the phone with Vanessa on 10.16.19 inquiring about why the extensions are not the same size anymore and why they are so sticky. Vanessa was defensive, said she used the right tape. JCon asked "are you an aveda salon because only aveda salons can order vomor tape." Vanessa at NV Salon said "no, we're Redken." Therefore, I was lied to as the client and JCon was lied to. I asked them to make it right and Vanessa at NV Salon hung up on me saying she didn't have time for this. I can not believe the unprofessional behavior, caustic attitude and inaccuracies by Vanessa at NV Salon.

I highly recommend Vanessa. She was very professional, knew exactly what she was doing, and did an amazing job on my hair.
