Kelly is back! Both of my kids needed haircuts for weeks and the wait was worth it. Before we even came in, Kelly sanitized all seating areas with Clorox wipes. Large bottle of hand sanitizer as you walk in and masks are mandatory. Kelly was very good at working around the kids' masks- haircuts looks great.

Nice people. My wife's hair looks great. Kelly was very business like but pleasant. Results count! I'm happy.

Only accept cash. No electronic banking like Venmo or anything. The atm at the other end of the shopping mall was out of order. Was not able to get my hair done so I can't say about the quality but I figure people should know about the cash only business

I hadn't been back to Paradise for a while because I started getting my hair cut by my cousin. My cousin was not available to see me one day so I just decided to go to Paradise to get my hair cut. My hair length was down to my middle back. I wanted my hair cut 2 inches below my shoulders. I walked out with a mullet. With the short layers she put in, I may have to get an a-line or pixie cut to fix my hair. Why did this happen? I assume it's because Kelly is overbooked and cutting hair fast in order to catch up. She didn't wet down my hair before cutting it. She didn't compare the hair length on the right side to my lest side. She didn't give me a mirror to look at the back of my head. She didn't offer to style it after the cut. She hasn't hired anyone else to cut hair with her so she is constantly rushing. The quality is down from what it was a few years ago. I won't be going back.

I waited 2 weeks to write this review thinking that my hair would be more presentable, bur somehow it's worse, Kelly, the manager, is the only person I trusted to cut my hair. What makes this incident worse is that she's cut my hair a dozen times before. My one and only request was a do not touch the length. Apparently by verbal communication skills are lacking because the next thing you know 5 inches of my hair was on the ground. Everyone I know told me they didn't like my hair cut, without asking for their opinion. People say it's no big deal, it will grow back, but in the meantime the incredibly negative feelings are tearing me apart. Literally. I'm not a vein person and all admit that my complaint seems petty, but for anyone who has had a bad haircut it runs much deeper than just the surface. It affects every part of your life. She has betrayed my trust in her profession and no one will touch my hair again. People who claim to be professionals have a duty to be competent in the job they do. It's unfortunate that barbers/hair dressers cannot be held liable for failure to meet professional standards of their industry.
