I booked a blowout with Mariela on 03/08. This was my first blowout ever so I wasn't too sure what to expect. I chose the silent appointment option which Mariela did take into account. At some point, I did start a conversation with her since I slowly became comfortable. What I liked was that she didn't force the conversation but let me take lead. My experience was 10/10 overall. I felt relaxed and almost fell asleep during my wash and my hair looked amazing. I honestly thought this was going to be my first and only blowout, but it was such a great experience that I want to make it a monthly maintenance thing for me now.
I've been here twice and saw Mariela both times. She was able to obtain the cut I was looking for each time. I have long hair and she was able to add layers and leave plenty of length. My experiences have been great and she was easy to talk to and we were able to carry on with great conversation.

I saw a new artist and really enjoyed the conversation with her as well as the haircut she gave me! It was methodical and I felt like she was taking care to cut it just according to what I asked. It was great and of course I love the Aveda products! It's important to me to use natural products that are not tested on animals (and aren't toxic to me!) I connected with the artist, Cortney, about this and she sold some to me without being pushy, just helpful- which I appreciate.
Bianca is the best! I've never had a stylist that I've seen regularly, because I've never found anyone who made me smile every time I left their salon. Bianca makes me smile and makes me feel like I'm glowing every time I leave her chair. She listens to my ideas about what hair I want, makes perfect suggestions, and works with my hair to make it shiny, healthy, and stylish. She is such a gem and a talented artist.
