Pamper Nails in Castle Rock, CO

They responded to my review hostile and unprofessionally, this is the worst business i have ever been to I hope you guys don't choose this salon as everyone is rude and the salon itself is gross the towels are dirty and they do not take their time. Thank you to the owner for being nasty in her response it just shows what kind of business this is.

if i could give no star after what just happened, i would. this nail shop must have so much business, that they are turning people away. i had my nails done on 9/18, and i  was not happy with the way they turned out, so i made the phone call to ask about getting them done again. stephanie, the owner, who was the one that did my nails, said that the only way to fix my nails would be to do a total take off. i let her know that it was ok, and that i would just wait until it was time for my next set to do a take off. i made my appointment on 10/13, and then today, 10/20, made an additional appointment for my daughter, only to receive a phone call that they do not want to do my nails and i need to find another nail salon, because i expressed concern about my last set of nails. even stephanie said that they did not look good!! as a customer, you should be able to talk to the person and let them know what you do not like, but at pampered nails... they do not take kindly to people not liking their work. they will ask you to go somewhere else. the funny thing is, i was not rude or in expressing disappointment with my nails, so it is a complete surprise, but hey, if you do not want to take my money, there are plenty of nail salons that will. treating customers like this will not go very far. nail salons like this do not and will not last, so don't go getting comfortable in castle rock pampered nails. there's another nail salon right around the corner. bye.

I lived in Castle Rock for one year. I recently moved back to my hometown in Colorado. I have tried other salons but none compare to Pamper Nails. Queenie is the best!!!!  They actually are all amazing!  I will continue to drive 1.5 hours every few weeks for this exceptional salon!!!

Ladies, you can do so much better than this place. I recently took my lady here for her to get her nails done. We were having a really good day, just did the final walkthrough on the new house we are purchasing and finished early. Her appointment was at noon and I suggested she call to see if they could take her early. She called and at first they thought she was the pedicure appointment, my lady clarified that she was the manicure. The salon associate seemed frustrated, told her to just come and hung up. When we arrived my lady checked in and said she called and was told she could come early, they responded with "we will be ready by noon" in a really nasty tone in which my lady responded, "so then no you can't take me early?" and they just tossed some gross old color books at us. Seeing my lady knew exactly what she wanted (black French) she just put the books down. Fast forward to the manicure, my gal tried to make conversation with her nail tech and was received with a cold shoulder and silence. I watched while the nail tech just struggled to do what looked pretty simple. This was not my first time going with my girl to get her nails done. The appointment finished. We paid, tipped, and left. As we were walking out I saw what her nails really looked like and suggest to her to not go back there. Now my lady is being told she is not welcome back by the salon owner and that we are the rude ones. And this is all because she made an honest review on yelp. Even as a guy, I highly suggest not going to this place. Very very disappointed.

I go to college in Fort Collins where I usually get my nails done but I am here for the summer and desperately needed a new acrylic set so I decided to try out Pamper Nails. I booked an appointment at 11 on a Thursday and when I went in I was greeted nicely by a lady and handed the nail books and waited 15 minutes before I sat down in a chair(which is completely fine as I was not in a rush and there was only a few ladies working so I totally get it). The First Lady who started my set was wonderful and did the shape I liked and length I wanted as I showed the picture. I then got switched to another lady after she was done with another set that had a lot of nail art. This lady seemed completely rushed especially when putting on the acrylic and shaping them and I can really tell that now because they were painful growing out and they are super uneven growing out which I have never had happen before. Immediately after some already looked grown out as well like the acrylic was not put at the base of my mail to begin with. In the picture I showed it is a nail color base with a French tip and a few flowers . She asked if pink acrylic was fine which I said yes to because I assumed it would be painted over(my mistake). She then put a chrome powder over that reflects blue and pink and I didn't want a chrome to begin with but I felt I couldn't say no as she just did it before showing me. I have never gotten this before and so I didn't know they only go in the light for a few seconds so she slapped my hand and yelled at me to take out my hand. my nails are completely clear on the tops and the French tip looks weird because I can see my actual nail tip through the acrylic. My final issue is that after a matter of 3 days my nails were already chipping and the flowers coming off. I usually pay around $50-80 for a full set with designs at my usual salon and other salons I have been to. I paid 95 before tip and I tipped $25(over 20%) because I also work in the service industry and I get how frustrating it is not to get tipped for your work but honestly I shouldn't have even paid the 95 . I have never left a review anywhere and am not the type to but I am frustrated about the results and treatment I received for the price I paid. I will not be back.
