M. Vince' Nail Spa in Castle Rock, CO

If I could give zero stars, I would. The man that did my nails was not attentive, had snot running down his nose, and did an awful job on my nails. The files were disgusting, not new, the drill was gross as well. He answered a phone call as he was doing my nails, at the beginning of my service. The nails were super thing and the shape is not shaped. Even though the place looks nice for afar, when you get closer to the tables, you see all the nail dust and just how disgusting it was. When I sat down at the table, he got the old implements that he used on the client before and put it back in the "pre-sanitized" bag. He burnt me with the drill many times and told me to "stop moving or it'll hurt me." The polish application was horrific and the acrylic application got on my skin. I asked him many times to fix things and he got super upset about it. Don't recommend AT ALL.

I am extremely disappointed with my manicure. I made an appointment prior to arriving. I wanted french tips. They were sloppy and uneven. The polish was smudged in areas and didn't even go all the way to the ends. The manicure lasted a total of 20 minutes. I didn't receive any sort of massage or treatment just strictly the polish. My nails were left bumpy and rough. I was still charged $50+ for this horrible service. I went to another salon (Fine Nails) and was able to get them re done and I am much happier. I will not be returning.

This has to be the most luxurious and fanciest nail salon I've ever been to! They have a full bar too with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I picked one of the fall specials they had going on for a pedicure and it came with a free drink. I got a mimosa and it was a real treat for me.

The vibe is luxury with chandeliers and marble tops. The place is huge, but not surprisingly almost all the seats were taken full of nail techs and customers. They don't seem to have a staffing issue at all compared to other nail salons in my area.

Quality of the nails have always been good. I wouldn't say it's better or even better service than most. It's pretty much what you would expect from a salon, I never got any treatment that made the experience stand out.

I go when I want to feel bougie and pampered.

The service, nail salon, atmosphere, and the techs exceeded my expectations. WOW to everything, definitely recommend, fast service and it was a group of 11 of us. For a first visit and walk in I would come back. Tammy and Andy were our techs and were awesome.

It's a beautiful facility but very expensive. The dips I got were WAY too thick. It's just not worth the price.
