Palm Beach Tan in Westport, CT

5 stars! This tanning salon truly rocks! I live in Oregon and I was just looking for a tanning salon to use while I am in town and sure enough I found PBT in Stratford! These gals are super nice and not pushy at all. Yes they will suggest their favorite lotion to use but they won't ever push a certain lotion in you! The manager Nicole is amazing! Thank you Palm Beach for an awesome experience!

If I could give this -100 I would. Watched a manager completely dehumanize an employee today, after what seemed to be an honest mistake. She then laughed in the employees face- in front of a lobby full of people. The manager (Meagan johnson) just scared away a very loyal customer.
I had come in today to try and re open an account after moving back into the state after 3 years. After the abuse I witnessed today I will never step foot into a palm beach again. I am disgusting and disappointed. My heart hurts for that employee who was belittled and humiliated in front of a lobby full of people. Palm beach, you can do better. Take out your trash.

Customer service is excellent here. The ladies are always friendly and when I signed up with I think Haley (?) she did a great job explaining the different packages etc.

I like their beds and I thought their cleanliness but I guess just bring your own protective eyewear...

I give the tanning  salon in itself three stars.   it's a beautiful place and the beds are great.   the only disappointment was that when I first purchase my package I had expressed to the girl that I was paying cash and that it was only for a wedding and after the 30 days I won't be back until summer. Because I do tan every summer. Sometimes all year around.  The salon that I was going to for the last few years had closed sending me to this Salon.  Once I made my full payment the day I registered not long after I had gotten a charge on my credit card. Which I had  made  clear that I would be rather pay cash.  I gave a call and spoke to  a wonderful girl name Nicole.  I explained everything to her and she came up with a solution that satisfies me, until I came a couple days later only for another employer to abruptly delete everything Nicole had told me she would be doing to clear up the misunderstanding. I told her that I believed Nicole was the manager. She's very proudly correct me by letting me know that Nicole was the assistant manager  and she in fact was the manager. So I guess my point is if and when you speak to one of the employers should you not be able to trust that the problem has been solved.  I do love this salon so I will continue to come here I would just appreciate that the employers are all on the same page.
