Palm Beach Tan in Denton, TX

Let's just say I don't come here for the customer service. I waited 15 mins for her to clean the booth. No one was even inside but me and another person.

Love this place! I tan at both locations in Denton and couldn't b happier! Super staff! No pushy sales,very informative. Great beds at every level with great color! Tanned here for over 4yrs ,never any pblms.

I came here because of the amazing deal they had going on and the convenience of location! The staff is super nice and not pushy at all -- like they actually care what I want!!! I'm super excited about my membership here :)

I have no clue why there is so much hate on this particular location. Against yelps reviews I decided to go ahead and give this a try today. I typically get my tan on in McKinney where I live but because I go to UNT three times a week I was looking for a new place. I read all the reviews about up selling and went in fully prepared to be persuaded into some huge package or up sold on lotion or something. Instead I was treated with respect and courtesy by Easton who has been at this location for five years. She did not upsell me nor did she sell me any products that I did not need.she simply told me the special that they were running and she gave me a quick tour to show me the different kinds of beds. I opted for the gold package at 31.99 a month. At no time did I feel pressured or anything like that. I highly recommend that you go in and try this place out. They are very nice and very friendly and above all not pushy. Plus the beds are highly sanitize and it's a very clean operation.

In general, Palm Beach Tan needs to reevaluate their standards. I have yet to read one positive review about the brand. Sales associates constantly haggle the customer, and quite frankly ruin the guest experience. Aside from being overtly pushy, the associates treat customers as if they're beneath them; and most lack the maturity to even be in a sales position. Personally, and based on the handful of reviews I've read, I don't think this type of behavior should represent a front desk employee. The sales associates are the first interaction a customer encounters with the brand, and the employees are leaving a very negative impact. Secondly, the coupons offered online need to state terms and conditions. I recently visited the Palm Beach Tan website and found a coupon good for a months worth of tanning at the price of $19.95. However, after visiting the local salon, the total amounted to $45. No where on the coupon did it state "start up fees" were required. To prevent confusion and unsatisfied customers, terms and conditions would be helpful. In summary, the customer service provided by Palm Beach Tan is absolutely atrocious. And because of that, I have taken my membership to Sun Yur Bunz in Denton -- which I highly recommend.
