They don't know how to read the room or when to quit pushing a sale. Specifically the dark-haired woman. It's very frustrating to say "no thank you" three times and then have to get rude because they just won't stop trying to make a sale or argue with your reasoning. Some of us just want to tan - we don't want all of the extras. I would like to just walk in, tan, and walk out. I don't need a sales pitch every morning.
DO NOT GO. The spray tan is Purple. Don't fall for the scent trick because I smell disgusting. The blonde worker doesn't know what she's talking about. MY TAN IS SO BLOTCHY!!!!!! WORST TAN OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. SO MAD. If I could put a negative star review I would.
Returning customer to Palm beach in Burleson. I had signed up for the other place in Burleson and canceled my membership due to poor Customer service. So glad I did I have experienced nothing but professionalism and great customer service. I don't like tanning too many times a week sometimes once is enough. We all have our preferences. I have not been under any pressure to upgrade or to spray tan nothing like that. I know what I need and that's what I purchased and I am totally happy. The ladies are always friendly which is important to me. I won't be canceling again.. The other place should make a visit to Palm beach in Burleson and see how it's done!
I am a returning member to palm beach tan. I was a member for many years till I moved and there wasn't one close. Now there is a wonderful palm beach in Burleson near me. And there is another one near my school that I teach at. Becoming a member again was a breeze--. And this while wearing masks due to social distancing! The ladies there are super sweet and helpful! I'm so glad to join again and have exceptional resources for a perfect tan.
The only reason PBT is getting one star is because I don't have the option to give it zero stars. I am a long time customer of Darque Tan which is now PBT. On several occasions I have been in their locations. BUYER BEWARE!!! They have a policy if you do not tan EVERY DAY, they decline your tan time to 1/2. I was told you must tan an entire week for your time to be bumped up by 2 minutes. If you miss a day you are bumped back down at the employees decision. This is clearly a SCAM!! Its a way for them NOT to have to change their bulbs as often AND then they use their sales tactic on you and tell you that you should do a spray tan or go up a level.
