I sat down at table #14 for a liquid gel fill-in. Had a full set at table #10 two weeks prior (best nails I've had so far). The lady at #14 was extremely rude to me, told me after she filed my nails down that she couldn't do a fill-in and that I needed a new set. I was okay with this, but asked her why I couldn't get a fill-in. She rudely pressed on my nail bed, hard and causing discomfort and told me that there was not enough hard gel and that I needed a new set (she filed it off). Once she began shaping my nails, she slipped several times causing her to snag my fingers. She snickered at me when I asked her to shape my nails differently and at first told me no, but then proceeded to shape my nails as asked. I am about 2-3 days out since getting my nails done and they have already chipped, and I have an air pocket under one. Not impressed with her, but this has been my only bad experience here so far (I've only ever been there twice - and like I said my first set was amazing)
Fav salon in Rocky Mount. Kevin is my go-to...absolutely amazing & I definitely recommend!! He does the best pedicure! I like the gel collagen with gel polish, always last forever! I get powder dip nails, which I'm rough on since I work in construction industry, but he always manages to get them back to beautiful nails!
they don't even deserve a star cause i simply asked for something and they gave me the exact opposite and i told her specifically what i wanted and she did not give me what i asked for . then my nails don't look nothing like what i showed the lady and i told her that and she ignored me .
I had a full set of dipped nails put on 2 weeks before that looked like they were at least 4-6 weeks old or more. They were coming off! I went for a fill in and they had to take off my 2 week old nails and put on new ones. I paid $74 for the first set on 4/10 and then was charged $92 on 5/1 for the second set. I am not hard on my nails with my desk job and these should have lasted much longer than last than a month. I should've been able to get a fill in and not a whole new set! I got no discount, apology or anything for their lousy job on the first set. I am very happy with my first set, but really upset that I didn't get any kind of discount. If I wouldn't known I was going to have to pay for a whole new set, I would've just had them taken off!
TC was wonderful! Best leg and foot treatment with warm stones, cool gel and mud. My legs never felt so good. My toes look pretty too!
