Terrible salon to get your hair done at. I was as polite as could be with the intention of never going back! If you decide to go there, get your hair done by Rosy (she does the best job)...unfortunately, Rosy was busy and Oralia ended up doing my hair. She is extremely rough with how she combed my hair (it was excruciating how rough she brushed my hair when it was wet), im pretty sure a lot of my hair fell out, as well as when she washed it and dyed it she was really rough. She did my hair in a rush and it didn't come out nearly as close as how I wanted it. She trimmed it and left half of my hair a bit shorter that the other side...I showed her the picture twice of how I wanted my hair. I gave her a really good tip but it sure wasn't deserved. It wasn't worth it paying $225 for my hair (messed up ombré and trimmed my hair terribly). Definitely won't be going back next time I'm in town!

She have the best service in here. Friendly and a safe place. They're nice people oris is a very nice lady. She did my hair two years and I'm happy

Love this place. I've gotten ombré, balayage, and cuts. Oris does a great job at an affordable price. I've been a customer for the last 5+ years.

Great service, know Oris and her employees. All have ove 30 years of experience combined in the business. Price are reasonable, in fact, way under the average for all hair treatments and styles, for men or women. Just like her long list of long time customers, I Will extremely recommend it. I recently moved to Northridge and I still come to Culver City. She is extremely busy, so, don't forget to make an appointment with her or Rosy or Trinidad.

I've been coming here for haircuts for the longest time and this time I decided to do a cut and dye. Something different. Worst decision of my life. I went on a Monday for my appointment. I sat down and showed the lady what I wanted and she said the picture I had shown her had high lights. It was burgundy hair with light high lights. I was really hesitant because I've never done high lights. She re assured me that they would be light to blend it and make it pop more. She also said they wouldn't be close to the root. Since they picture looked really nice I went for it. After 2-3 hours In the salon chair she started blow drying it and styling it. After I saw the highlights I immediately told her I didn't like the high lights and to ease my mind she said she could tone them down. I told her I didn't want the highlights. Maybe I wasn't use to the high lights but I just wanted them GONE! I looked like Roberta from rebelde I kid you not. So outdated ! I just wanted to get out of there! I'm writing this review the next day and I just want to say I hate my hair. It's completely not what I asked for. I'm so upset! Sad to say I won't be coming back. Going to search for a new hair salon to cut my hair as well.
