Today was the final straw. It hurt to watch the owner Nancy be such a bully. I have witnessed it before, and I am so ashamed of myself for going back. This is how bullies behave, we would never stand for our children to be treated that way, we shouldn't sit by and allow adults bully other adults. Shirley, I was the customer who left with you. It was horrifying to watch how you and your daughter were treated. Please, please, fellow Brentwood, palisades, Westwood moms, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, friends, when you see this happen at this spa, say something, be loud, use your voice for those who may be frozen by the bully's behavior, we need each other.
The owner is extremely rude and unfortunately I won't be back. I walked out in the middle of my manicure and another customer did the same thing at the same time as me.
Best gel manicure. Carefully done every time, lasts the 2-3 weeks you need even longer!
Terrible service. I have never experienced anything like that: the manager Nancy was doing my manicure and her behavior was unacceptable. She demanded that I must bring my own products to the salon even though nail polish and other products are included in the cost of service. Her rudeness was escalating and she ended up yelling at me, when I accidentally smothered fresh polish on one of my fingernails. Extremely embarrassed and humiliated in front of other clients I asked her to please, stop yelling at me. It was so shocking , and I don't have any explanation to her terrible attitude.
Nancy and her girls are the absolute best. They give so much attention to detail. Nancy truly cares about her business and providing good services to people, and her girls reflect that. I never leave the salon feeling frustrated (which would happen all the time before I found Blooming). I absolutely love them and recommend 100000000%! Go here if you're looking for quality services. You won't be disappointed!
