Orchid NAILS & SPA in Hales Corners, WI

I had the worst experience here the other day. Long story short the girl doing my nails just did what she wanted, ignoring my suggestions and I ended up with the thickest, uneven set of dip nails that weren't even the color I asked for. Despite my complaints I was told "this is just the way dip nails are." And the owner who was sitting right beside me looked right over and heard the conversation and didnt do anything about it. No offer to fix them, or even a discount. I should have asked to have them taken off but I just didn't have any more time. So frustrated. I will not be back.

I'm an avid walker in my late sixties. All the walking takes a toll on my feet. I was complaining about how hard it was to work on my feet to my wife, and she suggested I get a pedicure because they care for your entire feet not just the toenails. She also suggested I go to Orchid Nail and ask for Lisa. As it turns out my wife and I went together so she could walk me through the process first time. They have several different pedicure packages and I opted for the volcano option. It started out with a multi-product foot soak including a fizzing volcano element. Followed up with callus removal, foot message, several different creams and an exfoliant was applied along with some fresh oranges being rubbed in as well, along with a hot stone message. Then they place your feet into plastic bags containing hot paraffin wax. Lastly, your feet are wrapped in hot towels then one last moisturizing cream is applied. My feet felt and still feel fantastic for quite awhile after these treatments. Every time I go now Lisa gets the biggest kick out of asking me what color I want my polish to be, I of course don't use any but I can't believe how many colors are available. In closing, I would highly recommend Lisa for this procedure. Ladies, I would suggest a gift card for a pedicure if you have a hard to gift husband or loved one.

I wish i could give zero stars. Went here last night to get a dip manicure. I arrived around 615 and the tech rushed through my nails because they closed at 730 which she told me multiple times how she didn't want to stay late. The color I picked showed as a very light pink, almost white and the color I was given was a darker pink so I know it wasn't the same color. They were pressuring me to take money out of the atm so I could tip cash so they didn't get taxed, I understand the logic behind it but why would i pay $3-4 in fees so they don't have to pay taxes on a $10 tip? Well here's where it gets bad. I left and noticed my nails were all different sizes and all different shapes and my thumb nail is SO crooked. My 9 year old daughter could have done a better job. They were already closed so I called today and the owner yelled at me telling me I should have said something about it yesterday and he didn't believe me that his techs would do anything like this. I asked for his name then he hung up on me. Save your money and go somewhere else. Now I have to go get them redone at a different place spending more money and wasting more time. I am so disgusted with how this shop handled this situation.

got one really good manicure here. all the rest horrible. they wouldnt even fix my manicure after i asked

Awful! I make an appointment and they never abide! What's the point of making an appointment?! Just awful what a waste of time
