iBrow Threading & Spa - By Nilima in Hales Corners, WI

I recently purchased a Groupon to get my eyebrows threaded, tinted, and laminated. I was a little nervous as this was my first time trying lamination, but couldn't be more pleased with the results. Everything went very quickly even with the clients out numbering the technicians. I got anxious when they switched around from client to client since I had chemicals and dye to deal with for my procedure, but they knew what needed to be done and still did solid work. The prices also seem very reasonable and they accept walk ins. I recommend this place if you want something well priced, convenient, and fairly quick.

Nilma used to be my favorite. Very gentle hands, can't even feel your eyebrows are being threaded. One thing I CANNOT stand is bad hygiene. **Let me make this very clear: I am mixed with Indian** I understand everything they say and her hands smell of curry - disgusting. I've never seen any of the women go and wash their hands in between clients or rarely use hand sanitizer. The last time I was there Nilma paused at least 2-3 times to check someone out or answer the phone, ended up taking a huge chunk off of my left eyebrow because she was rushing and not paying attention. The time before that, one of her employees managed to take chunks of skin off of my forehead. I couldn't even wash my face it burned so bad. Her employees are not certified, nor do they have the proper training to do what they are doing. They are randoms Nilma finds tells them how and what to do in another language. Needless to say, never going back. I'll find a credited Salon where employees have gone to school for what they do and have licenses/certificates

I'd recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick threading and tint. That's what I came in for, being a first time for the eyebrow tint but not threading. The threading was done well and quickly, and the eyebrow tint as well! I would say they are there to get the job done but not produce a miracle eyebrow makeover, lol. So, go in for a quickie touch up! Good prices for what you fet and the staff are very nice.

Great! Got my brows threaded and a Brazilian wax, both were good experiences and I'll be back. I got right in at my appointment time and was done and back in my car 30 minutes later.
