I've been coming here off an on for about 9 years. This was by far the worst services I have had done. I left with color all over my sidewalls on my nails and toes. Unevenly filed nails, jagged edges, and when I pointed this out. The tech seemed extremely annoyed and proceeded to file over the freshly cured gel nails. Destroying g the cured edges. This makes your gel peel and chip faster. She also decided to use the spock death grip while painting my nails. Was pretty aggressive with everything except the 30 second massage. Where all her strength seemed to vanish. My toes were sort of fixed ... they were still very sloppy. Again she seemed very annoyed. I took some pics. Not a fan. Messy and rushed.
Very nice place and decent price. For $27 you get a basic pedi and that includes a mineral salt scrub and massage. I've been to other places and gotten a deluxe pedi and it was through then the basic I got here. I'm definitely going back!
Very nice staff was very pleased with the shape of my nails and that they weren't rude about how bad my nails looked haha, only thing is they switched between people for painting and the actual acrylic work which I didn't like cause I didn't know how to tip other than that I will be going back for my fill! Definitely will recommend to friends!
They're remodeling the strip that it is in, so it's a little tricky to get to and get into, but don't let that stop you from trying it out! The place is comfy and clean, the manicurists are nice and make sure you're getting what you want. You can call ahead to reserve a spot or walk in, make sure you call ahead if they're closing soon, though. Reasonable prices! Try to bring cash for tip if you can, it's preferred cash but can tip on the card (I have before). I love Winnie there!
Had a full set put on. They were able to get me in right away. They were very nice, and held pleasant conversation easily. However they filed away too much nail before applying the acrylics and you could see blood red streaks through my nails. (I wasn't bleeding it just happens when you don't have much natural nail left) the only time this ever happens, is when they file away too much nail. I should have gotten the clue when she kept telling me I should have grown out my nails and get a manicure instead. As I was being taken care of, another customer came in and was getting a manicure. I will not go back here for a full set, I am hesitant to try for a manicure.
