Horrible services! It was basically empty and i was there for almost 4hrs for a simple one color gel manicure and pedicure! They kept switching nail techs through the whole services jumping from one client to another in between the process of doing services, kind of unsanitary tbh and felt rushed when they would come back to me. My gel polish was lifting not even a week after. 0/5
Subpar service. They kept switching up nail techs in the middle of my pedicure. Everything was done and then I sat there and waited for someone to polish my nails. They took a last minute walk in and made me wait for her to finish the other lady's nails. Then I told her that they didn't buff my nails. As she is polishing, I'm seeing those little pieces of nail sticking out of the ends. I told her they didn't buff. She kept saying she did but she didn't. Smh This is definitely unprofessional and unorganized. My first time here and definitely my last. My polish is ugly and rigged on the end. Piss poor service & piss poor quality. Now I have to get my toes polished elsewhere and spend more money this weekend. Some of my toes have bulky polish and some have patches with no glossy top coat. This is tacky. Why would someone want to give a service they wouldn't want for themselves? Unless they like tacky.
Its been several months that I have been a client here. Everyone is really good! Angela, Julie, Kevin & David are all awesome!! Kevin gives the best pedicure and massage!! Angela and Julie make my nails look awesome and THEY LAST!!!! Very clean. Love it here.
This place USED to be my favorite nail salon until they switched management. I have only gone back a number of times because it is convenient for me. If I could give 0 stars for the new management I would. They are lazy and only care about the money. I do not recommend this place. Save yourself cut up cuticles, time, and money and go somewhere else.
Tbh I will never come here again . For one it smelt terrible in there . I was told the price was gonna be 25 but ended up Spending closer to $60 just to get a pedicure. They then proceeded to take for ever to do just a simple design. That didn't even come out good I was honestly disappointed. They obviously don't get much business as they weren't packed and as you can see other than my review nothing was good . I don't recommend this to anyone. There was another nail salon on Metairie road that I could've went too and should've cause they are way cheaper and they do a way better job faster and nicer . They actually communicate with you . This nail salon was just not it . I felt like I could've did this myself .
