Worst EXPERIENCE EVER. I scheduled an appointment at 1pm for myself and my friend. First no one was ready then we sat down my friend paid #2 pedicure I paid for the #3. Well after a quick pedicure for me a 1 hour a 45 later my friend was still in her chair being taken care of. I was having my nails removed they wanted 70.00 for a new set and if I wanted longer it was 5-10 more. I felt uncomfortable because those prices were never posted. And I feel I didn't get a good pedicure experience with the rushing. Crazy my friend never got her nails taken off. I was like they lacked of concern for what we needed. We will NEVER GO BACK BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

The last two visits: both times my gel polish chipped within the first 7 days. I don't do anything out of the ordinary to create this and I've never had this happen anywhere else!
I actually told myself "let's not write a review. Let's instead, give them genuine feedback in person & try just doing a pedicure instead" I'm giving them a third chance!
I gave the most generous feedback today to Heather. She was not receptive of my feedback, at all. She drilled me asking who did my nails & said I should have came back after they chipped. I explained kindly that I get very busy & that's an inconvenience for me.
She then started speaking to her colleague in their language & didn't give me any time of follow up response. Charged me full price for my pedicure today and didn't offer anything to ensure better experiences moving forward.
Too bad they legit don't care about the quality of work or constructive feedback, because now I'll be going somewhere else.

I am quite upset. I have been coming here since they first opened. They tried to charge me $45 for gel manicure when I have been paying $40. I asked before I got the gel manicure how much the manicure was and they said $40. They never once said this color cost $5 more. I'm hard of seeing and don't see well. They said it was on the label, but I couldn't see it at all. You need to tell your customers before the manicure that the color would be a $5 up charge and you didn't and were quite rude to me arguing with me about it. I usually tip $20 on $40 every time I come: Now, you just lost a good customer. I won't be back.
