Says it's open but it's definitely not. It's empty in there, no employees or lights on except the neon sign that is on and says "open". What a waste of time and a joke.
I just love coming here. I had recently went to somewhere else and had to come back to mermaid to get my nails fixed. Monroe is always so sweet, I love being able to sit and chat with her. I never feel rushed, everyone there always makes me feel so comfortable. They work with me to be able to make sure I love my nails when I walk out. I am a mom and a bartender so I am always rushing around, this place is a kind of little haven to be able to relax and enjoy some girls time. Thank you guys for all you do.
I was a loyal customer for a few months. The services were always a hit or miss. I posted pix of the good and the bad. I originally came here because my friend recommended them. It's a woman owned/ black owned business and I wanted to show support. I always booked appointments and felt so rushed 90% of the time. The more comfortable the nails tech got the more shit they would talk about clients. I just had enough this last time because I was super rushed the lines were crooked. I was to embarrassed to say anything until a week later and that's when they decided to tell me about their 5 day nonrefundable policy I had never heard of. I never asked for a refund, just wanted them fixed. Never going back, the work is so inconsistent. Left disappointed, looking for a new nail tech.
I am so in love with my pride nails!!! thank you so much! I was very happy with my gel manicure. Not guna lie, I was nervous about getting a design because I usually play it safe but I am so satisfied with my service today that I wana try out new designs in the future. I'm definitely coming back again!!! Thank you so much!!!
