How has this place not been on my radar before? I've been to several nail spas showing them pictures of what I want (French ombré manicure) and no one would do it. This place didn't even hesitate. They also did the job well and quickly! I wasn't there forever. I'm coming back and asking for Emma and Leo again!

I mean my nails look great but, the guy who did it was so incredibly rude. Anything I ask to change he would huff and puff. I showed him more of a pink color and it came out stark white. I'm asked him to put pink over it and he was so rude. My god that's never happened to be. The pedicure person came over and had me dip my feet in water that was already used and treated it like no big deal when I caught it. Life is expensive and this type of service is unacceptable
My mother and I went to Olivia's to get pedicures. My mother's experience was pretty good, but mine was not. The woman asked me if I wanted callus remover, and I said I didn't, to which she proceeded to laugh at me. Then, when she started painting my toes, she did not do a very good job. She completely flooded almost all of my cuticles, along with painting all around the edges of my nails. Overall, my experience was not very good and the quality of the work was pretty disappointing. I've had several good times here, but this experience was not one of them.
