Probobly the worst haircut I've ever had... I literally went home, and shaved my head after this cut... #1 fade and one side does not fade!!! One side is higher than the other, and only half the top was scissor trimmed... Seriously it looked like a 10 year old cut my hair...
I just moved to Simi Valley not to long ago and was looking for a new place and hairstylist. I searched online and of course like many people I'm looking at reviews. I saw Santana Salon had good reviews and so I called to make an appt. I was very specific over the phone and said I wanted and A line haircut. I even came in with a picture of what I wanted. Sadly to say, I did not get the haircut I asked for. Not even close. Alba cut my hair way too short and didn't follow the picture at all. When I told her this wasn't the haircut I wanted and is nothing like the picture I showed her she said, "well, it's a good thing your hair will grow back" I was not happy with that response and so disappointed. My hair turned uneven, too short. I would have rather she have been honest and just tell me she couldn't give me the haircut I asked for.
I was able to make a same day appointment for my 8 y/o daughter. Janet was very kind to her, gave her a great cut and my daughter can't stop looking at herself in the mirror! Janet even gave her a little bottle of nail polish which made her day! I've lived in Simi for years and wish I had found this place sooner. I think the whole family will start going here from now on!!!
