I came in to have my hair trimmed and it took the girl almost 2 hours. It looked exactly the same as when I came in but an inch or so shorter. They had the nerve to charge $65.00 for a hair trim with no wash, blowdry or style! I could've gone to Cost Cutters for this outcome. Ridiculous salon....even the hairdressers hair look awful!
My mom, good friends, and I have all been loyal customers here for years and years. It's exactly what you'd want in an upscale salon... weird artwork, an owner in leather pants, fresh coffee, and fun, bubbly stylists who make you feel and look like a million bucks. They are excellent about recommending the right person for what you want done and are happy to give you extra time if want something changed. They are slightly more expensive than I would prefer on my shoestring budget and it can be difficult to get an appointment on short notice. However, I've had such good luck here over the years that I cringe at the idea of going anywhere else.
