O P Nails in Lawton, OK

60$ for my nails too drip off the side where the gel was, 60$ for my nails to not have no shape and be bent towards the other nails, 60$ for half of my nail too not even be covered in acrylic. idk about y'all, but practice, practice, practice, cause this isn't it. Especially when I can take my business to a non-licensed nail tech and get better result.

I'll try not to make this too long...I made an appointment with Kevin two weeks ago for today, Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11 AM. My appointment was right after my daughter's.  Kevin showed up about 20 minutes late for her appointment so he got started on my appointment 20 minutes late.  That's fine I understand things happen.  For some reason, 20-30 minutes into my appointment he was starting to get a little rough.  I politely mentioned that to him and I asked him if he was feeling a little rushed.  He didn't say a word, he just stopped what he was doing, stood up and said "I can't do your nails no more ".  He then walked up to the front desk and had somebody else come move me at another station. He then took another client.  I have no idea what happened and I was VERY insulted and embarrassed.  That is no way to treat a client, EVER!!!  Amy was the one to step in and she did an OK job.  I was just too upset to do much of anything else, but sit there feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.  What was worse, nobody would explain to me why he did that.  After it was all said and done I still tipped both Kevin and Amy.  However, after the way I was treated I should not have tipped anyone.  I hope others have a better experience than I did.  I won't be back.

Very nice salon with very friendly staff!! The receptionist made a reservation for us and was super helpful over the phone. Hot rocks pedicure was great!

My first visit here for a mani/pedi.
I felt like the person who did my nails rushed the job. Seemed like he was in a hurry to get somewhere. I've never left a salon with polish on my skin like I did here. I didn't notice until i was in the sunlight. I don't know if it was the color I chose or the tech did not put enough on but i can see through the polish on my fingernails. Also the counter that he was doing my manicure on was very gritty. Really needs to be wiped down and there was no hand lotion with my manicure. First time that was not part of the service. With so many salons in the area, next time I'll go elsewhere.

Every time that I went to get a pedicure, they took their time and my nails turned out amazing! They have so many colors to choose from. The reason this isn't five stars is because when I got a fill, I asked for my nails to be shorter. When the guy (Kevin) shortened it with nail clippers, he cut them too short to where you couldn't tell I had fake nails on. Because he cut them so short, I was stuck with that length. It would have been nice if he filed them down before using nail clippers so I could have had the length I wanted.
