Seslie and Autumn are the worst! Seslie ignored instructions of what I wanted walked out looking like a marine way to high and Autumn just straight up jacked up my sons fade left him with cuts and the top was a mess not blended at all. Trash!!

My sons both got hair cuts and I was extremely satisfied the way the cuts turned out. My youngest has a cowlick that goes in every direction and if now cut correct sticks up. Georgie took the time to talk me though his process cutting it and what I can do at home to tame it.  He did not push products on me and did a great keeping my 7 year old engaged it the cut. We will be asking for him again.

Skipped over my son and I because of we checked in online and the instore system did recognize our new phone number. 10 minute wait changed to nearly an hour despite other customers pointing out that we had been sitting there waiting. Employee at the counter did not care. Rude and incompetent is not a good recipe for success. Recommended taking your business elsewhere, I know we are.

I have only been to one sports clips in my life and I believe that was in Virginia.  I had a horrible experience and basically swore off this place.  While visiting my brother in Oklahoma, I decided I needed a haircut bad.  I asked several people and pretty much they all said to give this place a tried so I rolled the dice.

I walked in and did the self check in on their computer.   I was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who took me to her chair.   She and I had a really nice conversation while she was cutting my hair.  I was shocked when she asked if I wanted my beard trimmed bc in San Diego, they can't do that yet.  I knew I needed it so I said "yes please".   I am not an attractive dude so this artist was working with a poor canvas and I still think she did a very good job.  If I lived here, I would absolutely go back again and become a regular.  I feel bad for not remembering her name so I can recommend her to you.

The entire store was very clean, the staff all wore masks and they seemed to do the social distancing thing.   The store was pretty empty when I was there so I cannot be certain.  

Anyway, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend this place, especially my stylist if I could remember her name that is....

I am giving it a 4 but it is more of a 4.5. They have several so called stylist who need to go back to school. I have found they are rude when you ask for them to fix something and management is very meek. Now that being said I always check in online and only use 1 particular person now. She has cut my hair over the past year or so and she does my sons as well. If every stylist was like her it would be a great store. I will say though the owner is on top of things and if you put in a complaint he will fix it and make it right as soon as he finds out.
