I come here frequently, definitely great service. When I make a reservation, they constantly update me via messages! I am always happy with the ways they do my nails, so glad I found this place.
They are my only trusted nail salon in Portland for a high-quality dip manicure. Their pedicures are also wonderful. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they do amazing work. I recently witnessed them deal with an extremely difficult customer with so much grace and professionalism. I was amazed at their patience with this difficult customer who (unjustly) made a huge scene. They handled the situation well and still provided an excellent service to me even though they had just dealt with such a stressful situation.
this is a wonderful nail salon in this area. the technicians are all lovely people, always happy to see you and happy to help fit you in if you don't have an appointment (though, tbf, i recommend making an appointment; it helps them out a lot, as they really take their time to make sure you're happy!). i hate to say i've seen some people be terribly rude to staff when they have not made an appointment and are told there isn't space at the time they walk in (as i mentioned, the techs want to make sure their clients are happy, and this can take time), but each time i've witnessed this, the staff are so kind and polite, trying to do whatever they can to help walk-ins get an appointment slot ASAP, despite the rudeness they receive. all the techs take great pride in their work and really get to know their clients. i stick to gel manicures and pedicures and this is the definitely the place to go for long-lasting, well-done gel manicures and pedicures. i don't get acrylics or anything like that, so i can only speak to work done on natural nails, but i certainly see all the other clients are very happy with the work, regardless of what type of nail services they are receiving. i absolutely recommend this spot!

Really great service and pretty fast too. I came here without an appointment and they were able to fit me in almost instantly. I had a flight to catch but really wanted to get my nails done before that and the tech working on my nails was super efficient and fast and had me out the door in 20-25 minutes . Loved the outcome . The prices are reasonable and the salon is neat and clean . Would totally go back .
