I've gone here 3 times for a no chip manicure and 2 of the times the polish has chipped off within the first week. I've had no chip manicures from many different salons, but I've never had it chip off. I called them and they had me make an appt to have it fixed. I came in for my appt time and there was only one nail tech and I was going to have to wait over 30 minutes - so I left since I had another commitment. I came back in a couple days and they redid all the chipped ones (5) and painted over the other ones. Then one of them chipped again within a few days!! I just can't go back again - never had no chip, chip!!
After moving here I tried several different salons all over the Rockford/loves Park area and after finally finding Nova I have been consistently getting my nails done here for the last 10 months. Kate runs a wonderful front of house and is always accommodating to my schedule and desires! Between Kate and Meme I know that I will consistently walk out with a beautiful set of nails.
My favorite nail spot in Rockford. Reasonable prices, they take good care of your nails (no grinding on your poor nails here!) and the polishes I have had have lasted a few weeks plus. I don't do acrylic so I cannot attest to that, but they are the place I got my wedding nails done and they did a fantastic job with the design. I feel that says a lot about them. You can trust Nova to give you results!
Went with my mom for 2 pedicures - was running late for our appointment and we called and they were so nice and understanding. Everyone was so nice and the 2 techs helping us made us feel comfortable and had a nice conversation throughout. And they did such a nice job on my French tip. Very clean environment and I love how open and spacious it is. 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming back.
