Awful! The owner is cheap and dilutes her polishes to the point it turns a completely different color and chips easily. She will use the last drop of polish regardless of the quality. Very moody and rude . I stopped going there.
I bought a gift certificate for a friend with a credit card and the owner Nancy charged me an extra $2 for using a credit card. No problem. The problem is she charged my friend an additional $2 when he used the certificate because it was purchase with a credit card. What the f..k?! I'm going to report her to the Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to get my nails done today and I have NEVER had a worst experience or job done on my nails before! The technician overcharged me, she was so rough filing my nails that she made 2 of them bleed, I had her cut them medium length only to have her file them down to my finger almost, THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNEVEN, and she was beyond rude and insisted on arguing with me when I confronted her!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I JUST SPENT A PENNY THERE, LET ALONE $40 FOR SUCH A HORRIBLE JOB!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I stopped in here recently for a manicure and pedicure, and the staff was extremely rude. NOT ONLY did the girl who did my pedicure blatantly make fun of me with the girl next to her, she also ran off to get her own nails done as soon as she was finished with mine without saying a word! I've been to many nail salons and have never experienced such atrocious behavior. The lack of professionalism at this business is so disappointing I will not be returning, and you should not give them the chance.
