When I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered seemed to speak little English but we managed to communicate and booked my appointment. Just a heads up, but it was not an issue. I arrived for my appointment and was seen right away, no wait time. I did not get the name of the man who cut my hair but he did speak English. He was so attentive. He asked so many questions, constantly checking to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. I felt like I was in good hands. I asked for curtain bangs and a blunt trim with no layers. I don't think he was prepared for my hair texture because I'm Hispanic and have naturally curly hair. It only surprised him, did not deter him from doing a good job. He just confirmed if I was okay with him straightening my hair after blow drying which I said I was. My hair looks so good. I'm so happy with the result. I will absolutely be coming back. Everyone was polite. The place was clean. Other customers seemed happy. My appointment took about an hour even with added steps.
