I went to get a mani pedi and the guy insisted he do my nails while I was in the pedicure chair. My toes looked great, my nails looked mediocre at best. Very rushed experience.
I had my first visit on 9/24/2023. I was very impressed with the cleanness and the open space. Ben will not do my nails again but he was excellent after doing a review and sending over a picture of my nails. Jasmine asked me to come back on 9/25/2023. She made it right, and I'm happy with the outcome.
I thought this was going to be great but it wasn't. I made reservations with my daughter and friend and when we walked in they seemed much less than thrilled that we were there. It wasn't even busy. They rushed through our mani/pedis as quickly as possible. I paid for my daughter to have a kid manicure- which was basically just them painting her nails while she was in the pedicure chair. And it was messy. I could have easily done what they did at home. The pedis were rushed. My dip powder looked awful. My friends gel nails were messed up before we even left. And it was expensive!!! We def won't be going back. This was in July 2023.
Very misleading pricing, poor customer service. With all the options available, go elsewhere. It doesn't get much lower than this.
I have repeatedly gotten marginal nail service, it's always on the more expensive side and their customer service is terrible.
