This place is a joke and only caters to a special clientele. Every Monday they have a $10 haircut special, however they close early at 2pm. I wanted to get a hair cut and called to make sure that they were open and made sure they closed at 2pm and not earlier. The person I spoke to said they close at 2, so I arrived long before 2pm and they were closed. So the trip there was made for nothing, in addition to lying to a Cape May County consumer affairs investigator that they were only doing appointments when I was told over the phone that they took walk ins. This wasn't the first time they did this. What good is a $10 haircut special if they close earlier than the time they say? God forbid if somebody has to work and do business on a Monday like the rest of the world. Great Clips down the street doesn't mind working on Mondays all day, why can't 9 Salon? I guess that would be too much to ask for them. Great Clips even has a $7.99 haircut sale. Why go to a useless salon for a cut when the people there are too lazy to be there to even honor their own hair cut special? They could have even at least pretended to be open but they're not even any good at that! They might as well close on Mondays since they are too useless to run a business that day! 9 Salon are very insulting to customers!
I went to 9 Salon and Spa for the First time Yesterday. I was given one of. The best hair repair and color and frost in a very long time .I highly recommend this Salon and the owner kathlyn " my Hair miracle worker " was not only excellent at her profession. . She was a joy to spend time with as a warm and kind person
The owner Kathlyn did my very overdue highlight, mani and pedi. Not only was she a joy to talk to, she is talented and very passionate about what she does. She completely pampered me knowing I was looking for a mommy day and some much needed beauty treatments. I am so excited about how I look and feel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your attention to detail and making me feel so special. I appreciate you.
