Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Rio Grande, NJ

This is by far the best Ulta location I've been to. Whenever I travel to Wildwood/Cape May, I always make a special trip to Rio Grande for the strip mall. When I had my yearly visit s few weeks ago, I went to Ulta. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. My friend needed a new foundation since the one she uses is discontinued. An associate (I don't recall her name) at Ulta took time to help her find a perfect match to her discontinued foundation. Then we ended up going back a few days later since I needed a haircut. I was lucky to get an appointment within a few hours. Laura cut my hair and did a phenomenal job, exactly what I asked for! Jacque washed my hair and we chatted while I waited. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and courteous. Such a great crew!!

Was way overdue and desperate (had 2 events the next day) I tried to book an appointment at Ulta online for root touch up it wouldn't let me so I called to double check. I am so very glad I did, Cherise gave me a time she could see me a few hours later. In addition to a root touch up, I had told Cherise how my highlights were taking over. She recommended a glaze to calm down the highlights, and an olaplex treatment as well. She did all three, a blowout, and beachwaves for a very reasonable price. Unfortunate visit today. 8/21/21 at noon I drove to ulta to get a mask for my hair to the doors being locked. there were multiple ladies trying to get in. there was nothing posted on the doors or anything saying that they would be closed. I understand we are in a pandemic and covid happens but please let your clients and customers know via door signage if that is the case.

First time in the Rio Grande location on Sat. Great staff, so nice and helpful. Will be going back only to this one. Glad to have stopped

Okay, let me start by saying that the guy who helped me today was so sweet and helped me find my shade color since I stopped tanning. There are a few really sweet ladies also. Unfortunately I have had a few not so positive experiences. One time I went in and bought a specific item that was supposed to come with a free gift. They didn't have it and the (I'm assuming) manager told me she would give me some samples. I never got a sample. Very cold attitude. When I went back in to ask again she pulled out a box of small, plain makeup bags and told me to take one.
