Nice Nails & Spa in Sicklerville, NJ

Horrible. I called and made an appt for my daughter and I. We arrived on time. Kim did refill on my daughter and there was no one available for my gel manicure. I waited until my daughter was finished and I declined service from Kim because the point of making an appointment together was so we could leave at the same time. Manager realized my disappointment and gave me a 5.00 coupon which I left on the counter because I will not return to this salon. When you make an appointment, you expect to be serviced in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this. Greed and poor business management

Hey I've been coming here for a couple of years now & honestly I only came because you can honestly sit right down. Every time I left this nail salon I was never pleased. They don't know how to do any designs or even do a Simple shape without it being uneven. I expressed many times that I have OCD. Welp Friday 9/1/23 was my last day coming to this salon. I came there to get natural nails done with a gel polish. She left all of this gel & acrylic all over my hands. She even made me bleed I told her multiple times all she did was smile. I even brought costumers here & they hated this place. It's very boring & not a vibe at all. I would never come back here or recommend anyone.

HORRIBLE! Not only did I tell them I hated my mail shape and design 4 Times !! (tried to fix it , the foundation and placement of acrylic was all wrong ). THEY HAVE ROACHES ! I took myself, 4 yr old and niece to get serviced. Pedis, Manis and Full set. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and when it was done (after 3 tries/ changes) I left crying . when it came down to pay , I asked for a breakdown of everything. she had the nerve to try to charge me $30 just for my design. I told her " no , it looks like a 12 yr old played around with my nails , she said " okay" because she was dead wrong and knew it . the whole time she did my nails , I stopped and showed her what to fix and what I didn't like . SHE KNEW . anyways I didn't mind paying $230 for everything else. Im posting what I got vs what I asked for .

I have bounced around many salons in Philadelphia and NJ, but no one can match Jasmine's work. Everyone at the salon is friendly and talented. I am so happy to have found this place. Jasmine never disappoints!

Yesterday I decided to check online for a new nail salon and after reading the reviews here I thought my friend and I would go! I got a full set, gel polish and French tips I also got acrylic on a few of my toes and gel polish. I showed a photo for reference that I really liked. My nail tech was nice, unfortunately she did not do a good job. I got my nails rounded and I had to tell her a few times about the French having to be rounded and pointed to the sides but I don't think she understood me. She cut my finger but I just let it be. I wasn't extremely happy with my nails but I had better hope for my toes. My nail tech cut my big toe and apologized but it now looks like it could be getting infected. I asked for funny bunny and the owner came over saying it was funny bunny and I told her the color looked off but she said it was. She painted my toes but the salon was too dark to really tell. If my toe continues to get worse I'm going to have to call my lawyer. I contacted the salon today to talk to the owner because my nails were absolutely awful and I will post photos. She was rude on the phone but said I could come in and get my nails redone. I didn't mention my toes because I was already hearing it and didn't want to deal with too much. My nails and toes looked like a 12 year old child painted them. I was 30 minutes into getting my nails fixed and on the phone the owner said are you on the phone, I said yes.... and she said well I want you to know my nail tech did a great job and she charged you 85.00 but gave you a 5.00 discount it was a great deal. I said ma'am I beg to differ but I will not be arguing about it. My nails looked ugly and I should be able to get them fixed after paying 85.00 for trash. This nail salon is dark and dingey. I do not recommend coming here. I was fooled by the good reviews.
