I once gave this salon a good review but now I have to revise it. I haven't visited this salon in about two years and I tried making an appointment for the last two weeks. No one calls you back and on one occasion I spoke to someone who took my number and name but they never called you back. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone them making an appointment for me was not a priority. This is why I give my business to other salons that want it and treat you like they want your business. Never again I like to be treated well.
My 3rd visit to this salon was horrible. I did get my hair washed and blow dried but the stylist never showed up to finish the job. I sat and waited and waited and none of the other staff ever checked on me let alone see if I wanted something to drink after waiting so long. I left with my hair looking like the poodle who had just won the dog show with my hair wild and crazy looking. BTW they still charged me $25 for the wash and blow dry which I think should have been free after all the waiting I did. Please be more professional if you make an appointment keep it or let me know ahead of time that you can't keep it. My time is just as valuable as yours. My 1st 2 visits for my daughter and I were ok but we will not be returning.
