Terrible service and terrible nail art! I also had an app at 2pm, waited to get my nails done for 35-40 mins. Asked for my money back after and to take color off because it looked terrible! The older man upfront started to get angry with me and complained about how hard the ladies work, when all she did was my nail color! Not even a manicure! The nail tech I had was super rude from the get, and aggressive with me, especially after I asked for something the way I wanted it. She did not do the design I asked for and got mad when I said not to do the design, just color. Then charged me for the degign even though she didn't do the design!! LOL!! . I am never one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this was something different. I do hair and understand how hard it is to be in the beauty industry, but at least I've always tried to be nice and give the clients what they ask for. Never going here again!! Highly warn not to come here, better to do your nails at home.

We have been coming to B&B Nails since May 23. We have always had great service and I have noticed they really spend quality time doing what they do. I am always comfortable relaxing on a calm afternoon enjoying the great music and soothing chairs. It can get extremely busy but thankfully we are retired so we come during slow times. I don't know why this establishment doesn't get better reviews. I think it's a great location & very well ran business. I have never had any negative happen to me here. We enjoy it and the Ladies are great here.

Unless Hannah is doing your nails, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had an appointment at 2pm and wasn't seen until 3:15pm. Asked if I could get a discount or something and they said no and told me I could leave if I didn't want my nails done anymore. BUT I have to say that if Hannah is doing your nails you are in great hands because shes phenomenal!!!

I am a regular, have been for over 2 years. I called to make appt, girl I normally go to was booked. But said come in at 2 and someone could help me. I sat there for 30 min thinking they were just running behind. I finally asked the girl who runs the place, she said they were busy, could reschedule??? No, I left. I have noticed a huge decline in customer service. I won't go back or recommend anymore!
