Hair Stylist Zach Ketterson has been voted "Best Hair Stylist in Hot Springs two years in a row! Zach uses Goldwell products, does Keratin treatment, and his specialty is BLOND coloring. He uses Olaplex in the bleach processes and my blonde hair is now healthier than it was before I went blonde. Zach listens carefully to what I want and always mixes up some incredible magic! I will always stay with Zach FOREVER!!!!
New Reflections is a wonderful, clean, welcoming salon. Since COVID-19 the New Reflections staff has done a great job of following CDC and government guidelines. Recently I went to get my hair done and outside the salon a table is set up with sanitizer and sign in sheet. All stylist and clients wore mask, and the salon was not exceeding the amount of people allowed! I felt very safe in the salon and did not feel like my health was at risk! Thank you New Reflections!
Warning. No stylist or receptionist in the salon wore a mask during the 90 minutes I was there. I got a great haircut and color. Just hope I did not get Covid.

I am new to Hot Springs and went to the same lash stylist for 3 years in Dallas so I was on a mission to find a similar stylist. I went to a place that charged me $60, she was done in 20 minutes walked out with one eye full one eye hardly done. I called she did not try to repair. Very upset I found Shannon who fit me right in.
