My sister and I went here after a day of touring the Garvin Woodlands Gardens. I wish I had gotten the names of the people who gave us our mani pedis. They were both so kind and gave a great foot and leg massage....just what we needed after walking all morning! The atmosphere was calm and soothing and I honestly almost fell asleep while having my feet and legs massaged. I only wish I could take them back with me when I return home.

Worst place that I've ever been to and had horrible customer service. The people who wrote good reviews on here probably had gotten a discount because this place isn't it. I complained about my concerns of my nails hurting, how bumpy the acrylic was and how bad the job was in general. She said that the reason why it was pealing was because my make up got on them and they were no longer white. I never once said anything about the color I told her that if she could fix my nails she said she wouldn't do it. I will no longer come back to this place and I wouldn't advise anybody to. Please go somewhere else that actual will do the job right first and actually care about your concerns. Sorry to say but your nail polish should hold up longer than 3 days!!!

I highly recommend FamilyNail Salon to everyone. I drive quite a distance for all their services. I have worn acrylic nails, my natural nails, the gel... and they do an excellent job on every type. The pedicures are the best I've ever had. They also do an excellent job with their eyebrow waxing... as well as the unwanted "lady" mustache. The staff all have smiles and make you feel that you are their favorite customer. I have noticed that the majority of the customers are regulars.... this sends a positive message that they have a lot of satisfied customers. Please treat yourself to an experience that I guarantee you will enjoy. AH
