I was pleasantly surprised after getting my brows done. Jessica offers professional service, with great patience and attitude. I had questions, she listened. When I asked for suggestions, she delivered. Thank you for a great experience. I will be returning!

I had gotten my brows done in October of 2022. I had done the consultation and had told Jess about my scar that I have on my left eyebrow. Because of the swelling from the injury, it left my left eyebrow and eye not symmetrical to my right side. I had told her about this insecurity and if there was a way to make my eyebrows more symmetrical and minimize this insecurity. She reassured me that it could be done. Initially, I had some issues with the shape and when it first got done and I went to get it retouched I did mention these and she changed them a bit. Fast forward to now, I am still very unhappy with how they turned out because they are not even. I messaged Jess about this hoping I could get in with her and fix them but had to push for a response from her. All the while she was still very active on social media. All I wanted was some communication from her and accountability for the job done and getting a fix. I wasn't looking for any free work or anything. The way she messaged back and the lack of accountability really shows how unprofessional she is. I have seen her do good work before but the way she handled my situation was so frustrating and disappointing especially after I paid so much money. Below are screenshots of the messages and a picture of the brows. After this whole experience, would definitely not recommend. As an update; still no accountability. She is still stating that my eye being asymmetrical is what is making the brows look asymmetrical. Pics with and without my eyes are below to show that the brows are in fact, uneven.

Just got my brows done by Jessica yesterday & I am already so in love with them! The shape is absolutely perfect! So excited to see these healed brows in 2 weeks & get them touched up! I have already recommended Jessica to multiple people!

I was super nervous and hesitant at first, but after viewing her Instagram and seeing her work it made me comfortable enough to pursue getting my eyebrows done. But it was honestly the way she done my friends eyebrows that sold me. Her technique and skill is just wow. She listens to what you want and is honest with you. Super sweet. Definitely my go to!
