They don't even acknowledge you and literally have you waiting then get mad when you ask how long the wait is ! I don't know how this place is still open So unprofessional!
Came here as I was heading for a shopping trip around the area. I should have left when I wasn't greeted. The workers we're talking in their native language. I was trying to be respectful so I sat down. After a few minutes and not being acknowledged I had to ask if they had time for a fill. I waited another 5 minutes and someone from the back came out and seated me. I didn't think much of it and figured they were taking a break. Btw they were not busy at all. My fill took less than 30 minutes and the acrylic looked bumpy. She never attempted to make a conversation and would just tap my hands to move certain ways. After washing my hands they gave me the gel swatches and asked me to pick a color. I pointed out the bumps and unevenness. The person doing my nails seemed annoyed and started filing them down in a careless way. She made my skin bleed in two fingers from how rough she was doing it. I was annoyed by then so I asked her to leave the rest of my nails the way they were and just put the gel polish. The polish was all over the sides and looked like a kid painted them. Overall poor service! My nails were definitely not worth a $40 fill. I will not be coming back and don't recommend this place!!!!!!
THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONALS!! I was attended by a younger looking female. I gave her a simple line design for which I sat for 2 hours watching her struggle. I had to stop her because of how thick and uneven the lines were. To make it easier I just told her to do a black and brown French tip, by then I noticed ugly white dots on the base layer. I asked her about it and she responded by saying she didn't know why it tuned out like that. Overall the side edges were undone, lines uneven, gaps, and didn't even clean the glitter well. All my fingers were different and uneven. Don't waste money or time here! I added the design I wanted for reference.
