Natural Nails in Madison, WI

TLDR: I'm from Austin and for the same price of a luxury pedicure I get at least some level of care and 70-80 minutes over 50 (with the French I may add). I'm visiting family and it worked out I need a pedicure and they were open. Granted. There are THREE other nail salons all within a single block. Should have been my first sign. I called to verify an appointment and I asked for a mani and pedi around 2 or 2:30 and they said 3 - cool. Good sign they're busy right? I Showed up at 2:50 and one single employee is there, that's it, and by the way doesn't understand the words manicure or pedicure. Ends up taking their phone out to call someone to translate who not sure if it was them who magically showed right up? What a rush, the salt scrub was fast, the hot stones were..... pretty much nonexistent, they put my feet in the paraffin just to take them right out. I added on the French polish and the total amount of time was 50 minutes. Since normally a salon would do nail clean up during the pedi I had to tell her I can't stay even longer to do the mani and she scoffed and just said pay $65 later to him (pointed) and rushed out. Mind you, during the pedi another had walked in and she denied them and also took an incoming call annnnnnnd would you believe only told them availability at 3 pm the next day So then she rushed out of the shop and I don't see a dryer light in sight to sit a few minutes and dry. I'm waving my toes like a psycho lol and finally the gentleman just waves me over to what looked like a regular cocktail table with crap piled on it which was their nail drying station..... you would think the tech would have done that. Overall, not impressed, paid way too much money for a rushed quick job when they weren't even professional/caring in the least. ‍

I had the Best Deluxe Spa Pedicure that I've ever had today from Lee!! Outstanding! I'm 64 years old and have had countless pedis in my day and none even come close to compare to this one!!

They do great work on the feet but so Rude! Customer service is horrible. The two stars is because the good work but really deserve one star on customer service.

I used to love this place. Now the work is mediocre at best and they are rude.

This women is SO ROOD!! My friend and I walk in, she didn't even acknowledge us. She was busy on her phone with her back towards us. When she finally turned around she said "WHAT DO YOU WANT"! I said this is a mail place, right?! She was MAD the entire time. Then a man did my Pedi, and this rood B*tch did my friends. This women started talking her rood talk and laughing with the man. The man was very professional. VERY great! He didn't know English, but that wasn't important. That women is the owner of this place, she literally got done with a $70 pedicure in 15 min! While the nice man took an hour with me. When I confronted that B*itch about if we got the same service because hers was on 15 min. Do you want to know something!!?? She wanted to ARGUE with me! She told me she did all the same steps. I told her she did NOT! Then tells me the guy was inexperienced and took longer! I told her that she was WRONG!! SHE is the inexperienced one, and VERY ROOD!! Do NOT go her!! There's a place that was busy in Mineral Point Rd, by Rejuvenation Spa that was busy. So we went to this Ghetto ASS place! I would have left NO stars but had to leave one or this would not post.
